Tamaraw Falls is located in Barangay Villaflor, Puerto Galera and it stands at 423 feet (or 129m) tall. Approximately, it is a 4-5 story building high. It is covered with lush green plants which add to the beauty of this falls. The water streaming down this falls isn't that grand, maybe because it hasn't rained for more than a month now, yet it still possesses an undeniably unique beauty. We were actually all smiling and excited as we saw Tamaraw Falls up-close and in person. Tamaraw Falls catches my attention, it's because this fall is just right beside a road bridge. People want to see the falls do not need to hike, trek, or passed by any forest as this attraction accessible to the passer-by. It's actually amazing and wondered where the water is coming from. Tamaraw Falls is composed of different unsymmetrical layers of falls that lead into a grand one as it reaches a waterbed. Beside the bridge is a small area where a statue of a tamaraw is displayed. This area has the best view of the waterfalls so visitors enjoyed taking pictures of it along with the fancy statue. We tried sitting on its back too. Taking photos and hanging out on the bridge is free but there is a man-made pool under it where the water of Tamaraw falls cascades on. However, one must pay 30 pesos to get inside the are. There are also cottages (140 pesos) and tables (30 pesos) wherein you can place your things as you go swim into the chilling water of Tamara falls. Read more.

Tamaraw Falls is one of the most breathtaking of the numerous waterfalls in Puerto Galera. Tamaraw Falls is about 15kilometers outside Puerto Galera on the road of Calapan. The falls themselves are situated right beside the road. These falls are quite spectacular, tumbling over several smaller falls until the big drop of 140meters. A naturally formed pool lies at the base of the cascading waters under the bridge. Here can take a refreshing swim in the quite-cold and invigorating waters, and enjoy a picnic in the scenic area. Nearby you can find Villaflor, a nice sandy beach ensconced in the fishing village. Read more.

There are several stores across the road where you can buy snacks and souvenir items. I wouldn't recommend you buying "pasalubong" there because it's a little bit pricey than the stores in White Beach. When you look down, from the bridge, you can see a pool, sort of catch basin of the waters from the falls. You can enter this underground mini-resort for P30.00. There are cottages where you can place your things if you decided to swim or go picnic. Read more.
