How To Get to Lubong Nangoloan Falls


From Manila by Private Car: Take North Luzon Expressway and exit at SCTEx Tipo Plaza. You will pass the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Sentry. Then exit at Kalaklan Gate. From Kalaklan Gate, turn left for Zambales passing the towns of Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Antonio, and San Narciso. 

After passing the Maculcol Bridge of Santo Tomas River, slow down and look for Heaven's Charm Hotel and Restaurant. From there, turn right until you reach the waterfalls. You won't miss the place because there are signages along the road.

From Manila by Public Transportation: Take a Victory Liner bus bound for Iba, Zambales. Alight at San Felipe Public Market. Hire a tricycle to Lubong Nangoloan Falls.

Below are tips for an Enjoyable Visit to Lubong Nangoloan Falls

  • Wear comfortable water shoes or sandals because of the sharp rocks at the waterfalls aside from muddy and sandy trails.
  • Bring your water and cooked food. Snacks can be bought at the start of the trail or parking area but a bit expensive.
  • Experience a carabao ride going on your way to the waterfalls but try to trek as well going back to the jump-off point.
  • Visit the two levels or tier of the waterfalls
  • Bring a waterproof camera. 
  • Visit when the weather is fair.
  • Visit on weekdays.
