Sabtang, officially the Municipality of Sabtang is a 6th class municipality in the province. It is also the southernmost island municipality of the island group. There are also nearby smaller islands: the Ivuhos and Duquey.

San Vicente Ferrer Church is also called Sabtang Church. It is a Catholic Church close to Sabtang Port. Originally a small chapel in 1785 when the Sabtang mission first opened in by the Dominicans. Often, visitors of Sabtang Island drop by for prayers before proceeding to other tourist destinations or after completing the tour.

Sabtang Lighthouse is a popular destination in Sabtang Island. Constructed with rubble masonry towering a cliff, the first one to greet you while approaching the island.
